On-site | A technician will cycle right on over and attempt to fix the problem or transport the laptop back to our base. |

Drop Off | We make 15 minute appointment slots for drop off customers. Come in, have a seat and we’ll explain what’s going to happen. |

Remote Support | For software problems, we can take control of your computer over the internet and fix the problem. |
